On November 21, 2022, GrowGeneration Corp. (NASDAQ: GRWG) will launch its newest location in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
The company’s 60th store, and formal expansion into 16 states, is at the Mount Holly site. The 7,700-square-foot new store will feature vertical farming demos and instructional support to help growers create and manage cutting-edge grow facilities that will optimize their output.
GrowGen’s co-founder and CEO, Darren Lampert, stated: “We are pleased to launch our first shop in New Jersey and expand our operations into a rapidly expanding and strategically significant region. With a large patient base in medicine, over 800 conditional licenses already awarded, microenterprise and social equity licenses, as well as a bill that would legalize home growing, we anticipate New Jersey to be quite active in the cannabis industry in the years to come.
“We are thrilled to continue our efforts in partnership with Harvest 360 to support our national program with education and training for Social Equity License holders as we grow our footprint in the Northeastern United States,” Mr. Lampert stated. The initiative focuses on providing operators and their communities with top-notch assistance and solutions. We now have 30 micro license holders that are actively participating in the program in the New York and New Jersey marketplaces.”
