The Agrarian Group, LLC and VerifyMe, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRME), which offers brand owners time and temperature-sensitive logistics, supply chain monitoring, authentication, and data-rich customer interaction, have agreed to a mutual sales referral agreement. The Agreement is set up to enable both businesses to earn more money while also advancing food safety and consumer loyalty.
