The USPTO issues a Notice of Allowance to AgriFORCE in relation to its FORCEGH+ Facility.

AgriFORCE New Patent

Obtaining a patent from the USPTO aids in safeguarding its innovative solutions and strengthens AgriForce’s IP portfolio as the company claims.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted AgriFORCE Growing Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: AGRI; AGRIW) a Notice of Allowance for its patent application titled “Structures for Growing Plants.”

This Notice of Allowance follows the USPTO’s recent issuance of a patent to the Company for its FORCEGH+ facilities’ automated growth systems. The 19 claims included in this patent application are specifically related to the structures for growing plants and cover distinctive characteristics and designs such as transmissive panels that maximize the full light spectrum, improved insulation for maximizing energy efficiency, and novel formation of structure support materials. The Company has submitted a number of patent applications pertaining to its FORCEGH+ facilities, including this one.

Ingo Mueller, CEO of AgriFORCE, said, “I’m glad to disclose another granted patent linked to our FORCEGH+ facilities. We constantly seek to preserve our assets while bolstering our intellectual property portfolio, as seen by the awarded patents revealed thus far and by this notice of permission. As we get closer to starting construction of the first Coachella Campus, which will house our cutting-edge FORCEGH+ CEA facility, we firmly think that IP will be a crucial pillar of our success and set our products apart from competing ones in the market.”

According to Troy McClellan, president of AgriFORCE Solutions, “We are accomplishing key milestones linked to our IP portfolio. We are continuing to build on a solid patent basis and expect to get more patents in the near future that are directly relevant to our FORCEGH+ facilities, which would further confirm our ongoing work and business plan. We are discussing crucial elements of our facilities, such as special layouts and technological innovations that, in our opinion, will establish a new benchmark for crops of higher quality and greater output.”
