AgriFORCE Granted Patent on UN(THINK) Foods Brand

AgriFORCE Acceptance of shareholders for Delphy
  • According to the company’s statement, the patent expands AgriFORCE’s robust intellectual property portfolio and protects the distinctive method for organically transforming grains and pulses into exceptionally nutrient-dense flours sold under the UN(THINK)™ Foods brand.
  • Wheat flours from UN(THINK)TM Foods offer a terrific taste and a lot more protein and fiber than regular wheat flour.
  • This comes after AgriFORCE received a patent allowance for its FORCEGH+ Facility.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted AgriFORCE Growing Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: AGRI; AGRIW) a patent allowance for its proprietary processes and technologies for turning ancient, heritage, and modern wheat, grains, seeds, beans, legumes, tubers, and root vegetables into low-starch, low-sugar, high-protein, and fiber-rich consumer products. The UN(THINK) Foods line from AgriFORCE seeks to fill the market need for healthy substitutes without sacrificing flavor or texture. The business produces non-GMO and 100% natural baking and bread flour with excellent nutrition thanks to cutting-edge technology and method. According to a consumer survey by Brodeur Partners, millennials are very interested in buying a flour substitute that offers improved nutrition while preserving flavor and texture.

According to Hernando Ruiz-Jimenez, General Manager of UN(THINK) Foods, “UN(THINK)TM will offer goods for consumers and a premium branded ingredient for manufacturers to develop their products within the bread, pasta, and snack sectors.” Furthermore, the no-waste procedure enables us to recover a delicious liquid that may be utilized in high-performance beverages, nutrition bars, and other categories that will appeal to the highly driven and expanding audience of wellness-focused millennials and health-conscious baby boomers.”

Mauro Pennella, President of AgriFORCE Brands, said, “We are happy to be adding to our intellectual property portfolio and we feel this granted patent further separates AgriFORCE from others in the sector. “With our cutting-edge ingredients, we aim to revolutionize speciality flour and grain-based goods so that consumers may enjoy delicious cuisine without sacrificing the nutritional content or uniform texture. This patent is timely for us since by the end of 2022, we want to introduce our first UN(THINK)TM-branded product. We think that the use of our components and products has the potential to completely alter how people view and feel about their favorite cuisine.”
