Gulfood | 26–30 January 2026 | Dubai, UAE
Event Preview
Running from 26 to 30 January 2026, Gulfood enters a new phase of scale and scope. With more than 8,500 exhibitors, representation from 195 countries, and 12 core sectors, Gulfood 2026 positions itself as the first major global food and beverage event of the year.
For the first time, the event will span Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre, delivering 100% more floor space and a dual-venue format designed to support higher volumes of trade, product discovery, and cross-border engagement.
Why Gulfood 2026 Matters
The global food economy is undergoing structural change. Rising tariffs, tighter sourcing requirements, and evolving food security regulations are reshaping how companies operate and scale internationally. Gulfood 2026 reflects these shifts by expanding its sector coverage, introducing future-oriented platforms, and offering early access to emerging business models, technologies, and supply chain strategies.
As the first major F&B sourcing event of 2026, Gulfood provides exhibitors and visitors with a first-mover advantage in a year expected to be shaped by regulatory complexity and trade realignment.
What’s New in 2026
Gulfood 2026 has evolved into a broader systems-focused platform, enabling deeper exploration of product categories and innovation pathways. New and expanded sectors include:

- Grocery Trade – connecting importers, exporters, distributors, and wholesalers
- Logistics & Trade Infrastructure – addressing resilience and efficiency across food systems
- Technology & AI – showcasing digital tools, automation, and data-driven solutions
