Cox Farms, the largest greenhouse operator in North America and a key player in indoor agriculture, has appointed three new members to its executive leadership team. The company announced that Chris Meyerpeter will serve as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Abby Prior has been named Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Tina May will join as Acting Chief People Officer (CPO), providing interim operating support. All three leaders will report directly to Cox Farms President Steve Bradley.

Chris Meyerpeter joins following a tenure as Chief Information Officer at Ardent Mills, where he led technology modernization initiatives focused on data analytics and automation. At the company, he will oversee the company’s technology strategy, aligning infrastructure with its goals for innovation and sustainability in greenhouse operations.

Abby Prior brings over a decade of experience with BrightFarms, including three years as Chief Commercial Officer. She played a central role in aligning sales and marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and brand awareness. In her new position, Prior will lead commercial activities across the Cox Farms portfolio.

Tina May, who most recently worked with Cox Enterprises, Cox Farms’ parent company, steps into the role of Acting Chief People Officer. She has a background in talent acquisition, organizational design, and leadership development. May will focus on guiding HR strategy and supporting integration across Cox Farms’ brands, Mucci Farms and BrightFarms.
