Cree LED Forms New Partnership to Support SANlight’s STIXX-Series Launch
Cree LED, a Penguin Solutions brand, has entered into a partnership with SANlight GmbH to supply its J Series® LEDs for the company’s newly launched STIXX-Series luminaires. SANlight, based in Schruns, Austria, selected the components for their performance, reliability, and suitability for horticultural applications.
Cree LED Integration Supports High-Efficiency STIXX Fixtures
Designed for environments where space is limited, the STIXX fixtures feature a slim form factor and module efficiency of up to 3.1 μmol/J. Supported by LM-80 testing and TM-21 projected lifetimes exceeding 53,000 hours, the luminaires emphasize long-term durability and consistent output.
Advanced secondary optics direct light efficiently to the crop canopy while fully protecting the LEDs. This engineering approach contributes to an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, supporting lamp performance in challenging indoor and greenhouse conditions.
