Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS), a global leader in animal health, has announced the appointment of Ester Banque as the new Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Operations, effective July 10, 2023. Ms. Banque, a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in health sciences at leading pharmaceutical firms, will join the Zoetis Executive team and directly report to CEO Kristin Peck.

“We’re thrilled to have Ester Banque leading our U.S. operations,” stated Kristin Peck, CEO of Zoetis. “Ester’s wealth of diverse, international experience, her leadership of top-performing teams, and her track record of driving above-market growth caught our attention. She’s a purpose-driven leader who will contribute significantly to Zoetis’ long-term sustainable growth.”

In her new role, Ms. Banque will manage the company’s U.S. commercial operations, focusing on expanding key franchises and paving the way for future innovations, all while providing outstanding service to companion animal and livestock customers.

Expressing her excitement, Ms. Banque said, “I’m proud to join Zoetis, an organization built on a purpose-driven culture, innovative pipelines, and high-performing teams.
