Free
Join Cycle en Terre for an exciting and entertaining evening on Sunday, February 12th, as they celebrate the launch of the 2023 gardening season with its ‘Fête de la lumière’. This event is the perfect opportunity to have fun with friends and family while enjoying delicious food, drinks, and entertainment.
Starting at 4:30 PM, gather around the warm bonfire and roast marshmallows to your heart’s content. As the evening cools down, warm up with a cup of hot chocolate made from Ethiquable chocolate, and indulge in the delightful treats from the Belgian Bio Bakery, including ceramic bread, goat cheese fougasses, and much more. Kids will love the seed bomb workshop, where they can learn about gardening and make their seed bombs to take home. Don’t forget to stop by our sales stand to purchase some of our high-quality seeds, potatoes, onions, and shallots, perfect for starting your garden. Complement your experience with locally-made drinks and other refreshments.
At 8 PM, be amazed by the fire juggling performance of Maxime Lorquet of Place au Cirque. Watch in awe as he gracefully moves and manipulates fire to create a stunning spectacle. As the night progresses, light up the lampions, creating a magical atmosphere that will leave you spellbound.
The Fête de la lumière will occur at the Havelange school at Rue de Hiettine 1, 5370 Havelange. The school is conveniently located and easily accessible by car or public transportation. So, what are you waiting for? Please mark your calendars and join us for a fun-filled evening of good food, drinks, and entertainment. We can’t wait to see you there!
