Frontera Ag has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PlantSustain, a company focused on plant and soil health technologies, from Generation Food Rural Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
PlantSustain's technologies are designed to improve crop resilience and support more sustainable farming systems. Upon completion of the transaction, PlantSustain will become part of Frontera Ag's biological platform.
