Heliospectra AB, a global provider of intelligent lighting technology for greenhouse and controlled plant growth environments, has appointed Rebecca Nordin as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 15, 2025.

Nordin has been with Heliospectra for more than a decade and has held several leadership roles, including Marketing Manager, Head of helioCARE, and Chief Commercial Officer with global responsibility for sales and marketing.

Financial and Strategic Experience

In addition to her commercial leadership roles, Nordin has spent the past five years leading investor relations and managing financial reporting and communications with shareholders and the capital market. She has also worked closely with the finance team, the Board, and the CEO on financing activities and strategic decision-making.
