As of January 1, 2025, Land Pro LLC and its team, led by Ray Brownfield, will operate as an affiliate of Peoples Company. The acquisition enhances Peoples Company’s presence in Illinois, following its March 2024 expansion into Urbana through the acquisition of The Atkins Group’s farmland management business.
