Pyxus International Names Dustin Styons as Chief Financial Officer
MORRISVILLE, N.C., July 23, 2025 – Pyxus International, Inc. (OTCID: PYYX), a global agricultural company, has announced the appointment of Dustin Styons as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The appointment is effective immediately.
Styons brings nearly two decades of experience with the company and has served as interim CFO since February 2025. He will continue reporting directly to President and CEO Pieter Sikkel and will retain oversight of the Company’s Business Strategy function and its Global Specialty Products (GSP) division.
Extensive Tenure and Leadership Experience
Since joining Pyxus in 2005, Styons has held a number of leadership positions across the organization. His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer of Alliance One International—Pyxus’ largest subsidiary—Vice President of Corporate Finance and Business Development, and Regional Finance Director for North and Central America.
Most recently, he has led business strategy and sales operations while acting as interim CFO, contributing to corporate planning and navigating the company through a key transition period.
Strategic and Financial Oversight
As CFO, Styons will be responsible for Pyxus’ global financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, accounting, tax, internal audit, and financial reporting. His expanded role reinforces the company’s focus on integrated leadership across strategy and operations.
