TYM Recognized in 2025 NAEDA Dealer Choice Awards
TYM has been named the 2025 NAEDA Dealer Choice Award winner, receiving the top rating among tractor manufacturers in North America. The award reflects the results of an annual dealer survey conducted by the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA), evaluating manufacturer satisfaction across twelve operational categories.
Dealer Satisfaction and Performance
TYM achieved the #1 ranking for overall satisfaction, as well as for product availability, return privileges, communication with management, warranty payments, and responsiveness to dealer needs and concerns. Additionally, the company earned either the #1 or #2 spot in nine out of twelve key performance categories, demonstrating strong dealer relationships across the United States and Canada.
Peter Kim, Executive Vice President of TYM North America, said, “These scores are extremely meaningful to us, as they represent the voices of tractor dealers—our most important customers and business partners. We’re incredibly proud of our team members in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Oregon. Their unwavering commitment to supporting our dealers with respect and integrity each day is what drives these results.”
TYM Product Line and North American Presence
TYM’s tractors are designed and assembled in four U.S. states, with models ranging from 22-horsepower subcompact tractors to 130-horsepower utility tractors. In addition to tractors, TYM produces attachments and diesel engines engineered to work seamlessly together for residential, agricultural, and light commercial applications.
