Dr. Wendy Powers currently serves as the inaugural Cashup Davis Family Endowed Dean at Washington State University’s College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences. At WSU, she led a college encompassing 13 departments and schools, more than 2,500 students, and statewide extension and research activities. Under her leadership, the college surpassed $100 million in annual grant expenditures and increased its national ranking.
Before joining WSU, Powers held senior roles at the University of California and Michigan State University. She has overseen statewide academic, research, and outreach programs, demonstrating a consistent focus on environmental stewardship and cooperative extension.
