USPTO Grants AgriFORCE Patent

AgriFORCE Acceptance of shareholders for Delphy

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has given AgriFORCE Growing Systems Ltd. a patent for its technique of altering and processing grains, rice, seeds, and pulses into low-starch, high-protein, fiber-rich baking flour products. In May 2022, the business purchased Manna Nutritional Group. “This patent is a crucial milestone in our goal to scale up and commercialize our breakthrough UN(THINK)TM foods brand,” said Ingo Mueller, CEO of Agri FORCE.

The USPTO has granted a patent to AgriFORCE Growing Systems Ltd. for its unique method of naturally modifying and processing grains, rice, seeds, and pulses into low-starch, high-protein, fiber-rich baking flour products, as well as a variety of breakfast cereals, juices, natural sweeteners, and baking enhancers. The Manna Nutritional Group purchase, which was finalized in May, allowing for the acquisition of these distinct procedures and techniques. The IP includes technologies that reveal the nutritional benefits, flavor, and other qualities of a variety of contemporary, historic, and heritage grains, seeds, and pulses. These grains, seeds, and pulses are then turned into specialized all-natural baking and all-purpose flours, sweeteners, juices, naturally sweet cereals, and other valuable products.

“This patent is a crucial milestone in our ambition to scale up and commercialize our breakthrough UN(THINK)TM foods brand,” said Ingo Mueller, CEO of AgriFORCE. “We want to reinterpret grains’ natural fiber content in order to offer healthier options without sacrificing flavor, texture, or quality. This patent is timely because we are about to introduce our new branded product, UN(THINK)™ Awakened Flour. We think that this patent offers a chance to change the way that food is produced in a number of different categories, such as flours, pastries, breads, snack goods, dairy substitutes, high-performance beverages, morning cereals, and nutrition and performance bars. As customers switch from items with empty calories to those that are tastier, more nutritous, and simpler to digest, our technology process symbolizes an evolution in world consumption. As a consequence, we want to take a piece of the $200 billion global flour and bakery business, which is now dominated by the United States. We are happy to expand on our strong IP portfolio and anticipate announcing more UN(THINK)TM brand-related news in the upcoming months.”
