BNP Paribas Italian Branch, Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank Milan Branch, ING Bank N.V. Milan Branch, Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, and UniCredit each acted as original lenders, structuring mandated lead arrangers, global coordinators, hedging banks, green loan coordinators, and bookrunners. Intesa Sanpaolo additionally served as facility agent, issuing bank, and depositary bank.
