Capital Injection for AgriPass Global Operations

AgriPass has finalized a $7.5M seed funding round aimed at the commercial scale-up of its Robot of Human Inspired Cultivation (RHIC). Led by Harbor Venture Consulting with participation from E44 Climate Ventures, the investment supports the company’s expansion into the U.S. and European markets. The capital is earmarked for manufacturing readiness and the continued development of its AI-driven cultivation platform.

Established in 2023, the company already maintains active commercial deployments in the EU and the U.S. Management indicates that contracted engagements are expected to contribute to significant revenue growth by 2026.

The Mechanics of AgriPass RHIC Technology

The RHIC system combines computer vision with real-time contextual AI to guide selective mechanical actuation. Unlike traditional methods, the platform targets weeds at the root level to minimize soil disruption and remove the need for chemical herbicides. The system is designed to adapt depth and engagement dynamically based on weed presence and crop proximity.

“We built RHIC to replicate human agronomic judgment in real time, guiding soil-safe, selective mechanical action at commercial scale,” said Liron Yanay, CEO of AgriPass. “This funding enables us to expand across the U.S. and Europe and scale durable cultivation systems designed for long-term performance.”

Strategic Partnership with FYELD Group

In a simultaneous move to broaden its technological reach, AgriPass has entered a strategic partnership with FYELD Group, an Italian leader in agricultural machinery. FYELD will integrate the AgriPass AST (Adaptive Sensing Technology) across its machinery portfolio. This integration allows equipment to interpret crop position and soil variability, translating data into precise mechanical actions.

“The strategic partnership with AgriPass is consistent with our goal of maintaining a high level of innovation and expertise within the FYELD group,” stated Livio Marchiori, FYELD Group Chairman.

Industry Recognition and Future Outlook For AgriPass

AgriPass continues to operate within a collaborative ecosystem including EIT Food and the NVIDIA Inception Program. The company was recently awarded the 2025 Climate Solutions Prize. Further demonstrations of the technology are scheduled for the World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit in San Francisco, March 16–18, 2026.
