About Future Fit Asia 2026
In 2026, Future Food Asia (FFA) marks its 10th anniversary with a strategic evolution into Future Fit Asia, expanding its scope beyond agrifood innovation to address broader systemic challenges across health, environmental integrity, and enabling technologies.
Launched a decade ago when agrifoodtech was still emerging in Asia, the platform was founded on the belief that the region could help shape the future of food. Eleven years after its first agrifoodtech investment, ID Capital continues to build on that conviction, now integrating food systems with human health, biotechnology, circularity, and environmental resilience.
Future Fit Asia reflects this expanded focus. The platform explores how interconnected systems — from soil health and nutrition to environmental detoxification and ageing — influence long-term wellbeing across Asia-Pacific.
As Isabelle Decitre, Founder of ID Capital, states: “The future of food cannot be decoupled from healthier ageing, environmental detoxification, biotechnology, or circularity. The breakthroughs lie at these intersections.”

Call for Applications – One Process, Two Awards
Future Fit Asia 2026 features a unified application process supporting two award tracks. The initiative continues ID Capital’s role in identifying and accelerating high-impact startups operating at the intersection of food, agriculture, health, and environmental technologies.
Since 2016, ID Capital has supported the region’s agrifood and health innovation ecosystem and serves as an Appointed Partner of Enterprise Singapore for the SEEDS Capital AgriFoodTech fund.
