Malik joined DunhamTrimmer in April 2023 as Senior Industry Associate and was promoted to Vice President – Strategy one year later. His new role as Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer will formally begin on January 1.

Experience Across Multinationals and Startups
Malik brings more than two decades of leadership experience in biological solutions across multinational corporations and startups. He began his career at Syngenta, where he served as Head of Commercial Operations for the Home Care business unit.
In 2008, he joined AgraQuest as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, overseeing strategic marketing, regulatory affairs, and product development. Following AgraQuest’s acquisition in 2012, Malik became Vice President of Global Marketing for Biologics at Bayer CropScience, managing the company’s biologicals portfolio and integration strategy.
In 2016, Malik was appointed President and CEO of Bee Vectoring Technologies, an AgTech startup focused on biological crop protection.
