On September 18th, Dutch Greenhouse Delta (DGD) and its partners BOAL Group, Flexibell, KUBO Group, Ridder, and Van der Hoeven Horticultural Projects were warmly received by the Anhui provincial government in Hefei, China. Represented by Michael Min (闵伟峰), DGD discussed opportunities for collaboration in high-tech horticulture with Governor Wang and other officials.

Dutch Greenhouse Delta and InnovationQuarter organized a horticultural trade mission to Saudi Arabia from October 17 to 20. The goal was to showcase the Dutch horticulture sector’s ability to help Saudi Arabia achieve self-sufficiency in food security. The mission included participation in Saudi Agriculture, the largest B2B event of the agriculture sector in the Gulf region. Seventeen companies participated, showcasing high-tech solutions and knowledge to help Saudi Arabia realize efficient, sustainable, and safe food production. The mission is part of the PIB program: HortiRoad2TheGulf, which aims to position Dutch horticulture in the Gulf region. The program offers a flexible, innovative, and sustainable total concept, in which technology, guidance, and knowledge sharing are central.
