Greener Pastures New Zealand, the country’s first integrated residency-by-investment and lifestyle advisory firm, announced the launch of the Greener Pastures Kiwifruit Fund. The fund enables investors applying for the Active Investor Plus visa, also known as New Zealand’s “Golden Visa,” to satisfy program requirements through investments in the kiwifruit sector.
Focus on Kiwifruit and Land Assets
The fund will invest in kiwifruit orchards and shares in Zespri, the world’s largest exporter and marketer of kiwifruit. It will acquire and develop orchards on highly productive land, giving investors the opportunity to participate in one of New Zealand’s most established agricultural industries.

This is the third kiwifruit-focused fund raised by Greener Pastures and Origin Capital Partners. Their first two funds manage over NZD 225 million in assets, ranking among New Zealand’s largest kiwifruit entities. In addition, Greener Pastures New Zealand offers the Greener Pastures Diversified Fund, a lower-risk private equity and credit product designed to meet Active Investor Plus visa requirements.
