Local Bounti recorded full-year sales of $48.4 million, up 27% from $38.1 million in 2024. Gross profit grew 43% to $5.9 million, while adjusted gross margin improved approximately 200 basis points to 29%. The company also reduced its annualized operating expenses by nearly $10 million during the year.

Net loss for the full year narrowed 21% to $94.4 million, compared to $119.9 million in 2024. The improvement was primarily attributed to a $26.8 million reduction in net interest expense following debt restructuring activities completed in the first quarter of 2025.
