EBZ Group Acquires Majority Stake in Organifarms

The EBZ Group, a leading supplier to the automotive industry specializing in tool and plant engineering, has acquired a majority stake in Organifarms effective 1 July 2025. This strategic move marks EBZ’s entry into sustainable and automated agricultural technologies.

As part of the transaction, co-founders and former managing directors Dominik Feiden and Hannah Brown will step down from their roles after playing key roles in building the team and developing Organifarms’ automated farming solutions.


Organifarms Leadership to Drive Expansion with EBZ Support

A new management team will lead the next phase of Organifarms’ growth: co-founder Marian Bolz will serve as Chief Technology Officer, with Franz Wanner (Chief Strategy Officer, EBZ Group) and Markus Müller (Chief Financial Officer, EBZ Group) joining the leadership.

The partnership aims to scale Organifarms’ technology into new agricultural sectors and product lines while ensuring its current solutions reach full market readiness.
