AGI Debuts World’s First PTO-Driven Mechanical Swing Conveyor at Ag In Motion

Ag Growth International Inc. (AGI) introduced the LCX4, a new PTO-driven mechanical swing conveyor, to farmers attending Ag In Motion (AIM) in Saskatchewan this week. Designed to move up to 9,000 bushels per hour, the conveyor is built to handle higher volumes of grain without requiring a large tractor, using a 60 hp tractor instead of continuous high hydraulic flow.

AGI said the LCX4 was battle-tested by farmers for more than two years before its public debut at booth 570, where the company is also marking its 30th anniversary.

AGI Executives on the Launch

“Celebrating 30 years is an opportunity to reflect on how far our industry has come and, also, serves as a reminder of our responsibility to keep innovating for what is next,” said Paul Brisebois, AGI President and CEO. “The LCX4 and the other solutions we're showcasing at AIM demonstrate our commitment to deliver safer, more efficient and higher-performing products that help customers protect the quality of commodities, improve harvest-to-bin efficiencies and meet the challenges of modern farm operations with confidence.”

“We're excited to introduce this new product to farmers at AIM in the province where AGI began,” said David Postill, AGI Senior Vice President, North America. “Built in Swift Current, SK, it was designed around what farmers are asking for: more capacity, less complexity, cleaner grain handling, and reliable performance when every minute counts.”

Reinforced Design for Heavy Use

Based on customer feedback, the LCX4 was built with reinforced trussing, a stronger scissor frame, an improved hopper and advanced sealing systems, along with an all-farm commodity cleanout system to simplify changeovers between commodities. AGI serves customers in more than 100 countries across the agriculture and food value chain.
