What the Aquatech Acquisition Adds

The combination pairs Aquatech’s global project record with Metichem’s regional operations, spanning treatment technologies, specialty chemicals, operations and maintenance services, and digital tools. Both companies have executed projects in the UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, and the enlarged group aims to offer customers a broader set of water lifecycle solutions.

A Deal Rooted in Regional Water Demand

Water scarcity and industrial growth across MENA and Southeast Asia continue to drive demand for treatment chemicals and plant services. The two businesses said existing contracts, service agreements and points of contact will stay in place, and customers should keep working with their current representatives.
