A third project in the portfolio closed on July 15. Bimergen Energy said it expects an additional $2.6 million in revenue in the third quarter of 2026 tied to that project, along with a $2.5 million contingent milestone payment once a related joint venture reaches notice to proceed. In May 2026, the company selected SMA as inverter supplier for an 80 MW component of its ERCOT portfolio.
