AgTech company, CropX Technologies Acquires Tule Technologies to Enhance its Agronomic Farm Management System

CropX Technologies, a leading provider of Agronomic Farm Management Systems, announced the acquisition of Tule Technologies, a precision irrigation company based in California. Tule brings a wealth of data capture technologies to enhance CropX’s system and expand its market in California’s drip-irrigated specialty crops.

Tule’s new mode of data collection will improve CropX’s artificial intelligence predictions, recommendations, and automation and add to its solutions for drip-irrigated specialty crops. The acquisition will also bring Tule’s technology talent and expertise to CropX’s global team, strengthening its ability to provide the best solutions for farmers.

“At Tule, we’ve admired CropX for their agronomic expertise, engineering excellence, and global ambition,” said Dr. Tom Shapland, CEO of Tule Technologies. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to join the CropX team.”

The acquisition comes at an increasing demand for precise watering technologies in agriculture, as the industry seeks to reduce water waste, improve yields, and maximize profits. CropX is well positioned to meet these demands, having made four acquisitions since 2020 that have added expertise, technologies, customers, data, and expanded markets.

CropX CEO, Tomer Tzach, said in a statement, “We’re thrilled to welcome Tule Technologies to the CropX family. Their cutting-edge data capture technologies and expertise in precision irrigation will help us provide even more accurate and valuable recommendations for our customers.”

The acquisition of Tule is expected to be a game-changer for CropX and its customers, bringing new and innovative solutions that will help farmers achieve their goals and maximize their profits. With this acquisition, CropX continues to lead the AgTech industry and provide the best possible solutions for farmers worldwide.
