NSI Holdings Partners with Mill Point for Sustainable Packaging Solutions

Nursery Supplies, Inc. (NSI Holdings), a leading provider of sustainable horticulture packaging solutions, has announced that it has partnered with private equity firm Mill Point Capital. The deal will enable NSI to continue its track record of delivering innovative solutions for clients and building on its differentiated capabilities. NSI Holdings has a diverse line of horticulture containers and trays and is known for its in-house plastic recycling platform. The company has manufacturing and distribution facilities across several states and additional distribution facilities in California and Oregon.

Brad Andersen, President and CEO of NSI Holdings, expressed his excitement at the new partnership, which he believes will unlock tremendous value for the company.
