NTT DATA Business Solutions Expands Agribusiness Capabilities with SPRO Acquisition
NTT DATA Business Solutions, a global IT services provider focused on SAP, has signed an agreement to acquire SPRO IT Solutions, one of Brazil’s leading SAP specialists in the agribusiness sector. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
Founded in 2008, SPRO has built a strong presence across Brazil’s agricultural production chains, offering digital integration for cooperatives, grain operations, animal protein producers, seed companies, agricultural input providers, and retail networks. As a SAP Gold Partner, the company collaborates with SAP, AWS, Google, and Microsoft to accelerate digital transformation across the sector.
