Oasis Grower Solutions (Profile), a division of Smithers-Oasis, has announced the appointment of Paul Gaydos as Territory Sales Manager for the newly established Southeast U.S. sales territory, effective April 14, 2025. The strategic move is intended to improve service to growers in the region and strengthen the company’s presence in a key horticulture market.
“The creation of this new sales territory will allow us to better serve the Southeast U.S. so more growers can experience the benefits of our innovative, sustainable substrates and ancillary products,” said Dr. Vijay Rapaka, Director of Global Grower Operations & Research at Oasis Grower Solutions.
Gaydos Brings Extensive Horticulture Experience
Over Two Decades in Commercial Growing and Product Development
Gaydos has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial horticulture sector, including roles in plant production, operations management, strategic planning, and sales support. He holds a B.S. in Horticulture from West Virginia University and an M.B.A. from Everest University.
In his new role, Gaydos will oversee territory management across six Southeastern states—Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina—working directly with growers, distributors, and brokers to support their substrate and input needs.
