Harvestd AgTech Ventures Inc. and Parametric Properties Inc. have been added as new Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) issuer customers by Parvis Invest Inc., a technology-driven real estate corporation listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV: PVIS). Parvis is attempting to boost private asset liquidity and access to institutional-caliber real estate investment possibilities with this move.
A distinct market needs gap for an effective and scalable EMD solution platform has been discovered by Parvis. In addition to its current business model, the company will onboard developers and issuers to assist with processing and servicing investors.
Harvestd is a division of Cultivatd Inc., a “Farming as a Service” (FaaS) supplier and an indoor farming brokerage. With a deal flow pipeline of over $600M for the venture, development, and real asset investment possibilities within the indoor and vertical farming industry, the subsidiary serves as indoor agriculture’s capital funding and growth partner.
Victoria, British Columbia-based Parametric Properties aims to develop a portfolio of high-quality multi-residential buildings that will yield profitable returns for its investors. In Victoria, the business evaluates, buys, and develops undervalued properties with an eye on future capital growth and resale.
Parvis will offer complete EMD services to both Harvestd and Parametric, including marketing, fund-raising, investor relations, and maybe secondary market services. As a result, companies may reduce their administrative tasks to concentrate on their core businesses by outsourcing EMD services to Parvis, which will increase income for Parvis.
David Michaud, CEO of Parvis, stated, “We are pleased to announce investor agreements with Harvestd and Parametric. “Parvis is developing an intriguing new sector in which we will benefit issuers and generate new income for the company. We are eager to collaborate with these teams.
The vertical EMD service represents an exciting new segment of business for Parvis, which will provide value to issuers while driving new revenue into the business. With the addition of Harvestd and Parametric, Parvis is well-positioned to continue expanding access to institutional quality real estate investment opportunities and increasing liquidity in private assets.
