John Erb to Lead Qualterra’s Mabton Greenhouse Operations

Qualterra has announced the appointment of John Erb as Interim General Manager and Strategic Advisor for its recently acquired Mabton, Washington greenhouse campus.

Erb has a background in agriculture and food systems, with experience in crop production, sustainability initiatives, and operational strategy.

“John’s leadership and experience in agriculture will support Qualterra’s efforts as we transition the Mabton campus,” said Mike Werner, CEO of Qualterra.

  • Bejo Sementes do Brasil – Managed market expansion efforts and profitability strategies.

His expertise spans strategic planning, production agriculture, and sustainability, aligning with Qualterra’s operational goals.

Search for Permanent General Manager

As Interim General Manager, Erb will oversee the hiring process for a permanent General Manager, expected to take over in six months.
