Ranchbot Raises US$15 Million in Series B Funding

Ranchbot, a company that builds remote water and livestock monitoring tools for ranchers, has raised more than US$15 million (A$22 million) in a Series B round and set up a United States holding company to support its growth in new markets. The financing was announced on August 10, 2026.

The round was led by Lewis & Clark Partners and Fulcrum Global Capital. Builders VC, The Cultiv8 Livestock Technology Fund, Lever VC and Macdoch Ventures also joined.

A New U.S. Home Base in Fort Worth

As part of the deal, the company formed Ranchbot Technology Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation that now acts as its parent business, with global headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas. The company traces its roots to Farmbot, the Australian brand started in Sydney in 2014. It works with more than 12,000 customers who together manage about 10 million cattle and 15 million sheep across Australia, North America and other markets.

“This raise is an important milestone for our company and our dedicated team,” said Andrew Coppin, Co-founder and Executive Chairman at Ranchbot.

Investors Point to Water and Livestock Monitoring

The backers linked their support to the cost and effort of managing water across large properties. “Water is one of the most critical inputs in cattle production, yet managing water infrastructure remains highly manual,” said Chuck Warta, Operating Partner at Lewis & Clark Partners.

“Ranchbot addresses one of the largest operational challenges facing livestock producers today,” said Duane Cantrell, Managing Partner at Fulcrum Global Capital.

Ranchbot Road Ahead

The new capital and U.S. structure give the company a base to reach more ranchers in North America while keeping its Australian operations.
