Harmony Desalting has partnered with Neuralix to add artificial intelligence-based monitoring to its desalination systems, the two companies said on July 30. The US collaboration pairs Harmony’s batch reverse osmosis (RO) hardware with Neuralix’s analytics and predictive-maintenance platform.

Under the agreement, Neuralix will apply its data ingestion, digital twin modeling, and predictive intelligence to Harmony’s fleet of desalting units. The setup is designed to turn raw sensor data into operational recommendations, giving utilities and industrial customers a clearer route to scaling desalination affordably.

The platform aims to give operators real-time visibility into system performance and flag problems before they lead to downtime. Both companies point to uptime and energy efficiency as the main factors in lowering the cost of clean water.
