Redox Bio-Nutrients LLC, a Burley, Idaho-based developer of biostimulant and crop nutrition products, has appointed Jackeline Garza as its new Chief Technology Officer. Garza, who starts immediately, will oversee product and process quality, safety, and technology development as the company continues its expansion across U.S. and international markets.

Garza joins Redox following a 20-year tenure at Cosmocel, a leading agricultural inputs company, where she held leadership responsibilities spanning quality, regulatory affairs, and innovation. Her career spans more than 25 years in the agricultural inputs and biostimulant industry, and she holds a Bachelor and Master of Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico.
