This move marks a pivotal step in Redox’s strategy to enhance its global presence, particularly in the Japanese market.

Axxion Corporation, established 42 years ago by Mory Ogata, has been a key player in supplying fertilizers and moisture management surfactants to golf courses across Japan. The company has also experienced growth in providing plant nutrition for traditional agricultural crops, including rice, showcasing its versatility and commitment to the agricultural sector.

Qvou, Inc., a rapidly growing marketing firm, emerges as the majority shareholder in this partnership, holding an 80% stake. This alignment between Redox Bio-Nutrients, Axxion, and Qvou represents a formidable coalition aimed at capitalizing on the expanding agricultural and golf course markets in Japan and potentially across East Asia.

Voices from the Leadership

Mory Ogata, founder of Axxion, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting the strategic advantage it presents. “I had additional opportunities, but partnering with Qvou and Redox were superior for a variety of reasons,” Ogata stated. He lauded Redox for its product development prowess and recognized Qvou CEO Ryotaro Kubo for his leadership in positioning Qvou as a rapidly expanding entity in Japan.

Colton Moon, President of Redox Bio-Nutrients, underscored the strategic value of the Japanese market, citing the country’s growing interest in golf and the potential for agricultural product expansion. “Mory has done an exceptional job expanding interest in our products, and there’s tremendous promise for our technology with many of Japan’s agricultural crops,” Moon remarked.
