Indro Mukerjee, CEO of Innovate UK, has announced the inauguration of the UK Agri-Tech Centre, the newly formed conglomerate of three former agri-tech entities: the Agricultural Engineering, Precision and Innovation Centre (Agri-EPI), Crop Health and Protection (CHAP), and the Centre for Innovation Excellence in Livestock (CIEL).
