Revol Greens, a prominent brand in sustainable greenhouse lettuce and greens, has announced the appointment of James Bradley as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective May 1, 2023. This strategic move aims to bolster the company’s growth and expansion in the competitive Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) lettuce and greens sector.

Michael Wainscott, the Chief Executive Officer of Revol Greens, emphasized the importance of Bradley’s appointment. “As we move forward with our growth plans, we needed a financial leader well-versed in the food industry, especially in settings where production is dynamic and cost efficiency is crucial,” Wainscott said. He further praised Bradley, stating, “James is an outstanding finance leader with a profound grasp of the mechanisms necessary to enhance organizational maturity in a firm like Revol Greens.”

Bradley comes with a rich background as an experienced CFO. He has a history of effectively scaling consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies to national prominence. Before joining Revol Greens, Bradley held the CFO position at Red’s All Natural, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s finance, leading to its successful acquisition in 2023. He also served as CFO at New Providence, contributing significantly to AST Space Mobile’s public debut in April 2021, which raised $460 million. Furthermore, at Big Red Group, Bradley’s leadership was instrumental in diversifying the company, leading to its eventual acquisition by Keurig Dr Pepper.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Bradley said, “I am excited to be a part of the innovative team at Revol Greens at such a crucial juncture in the CEA industry. I look forward to shaping the company’s financial trajectory while staying committed to sustainable farming and delivering fresh, locally sourced lettuce and greens.”

In his new role, Bradley will be responsible for steering the overall financial strategy and process development for Revol Greens, reporting directly to CEO Michael Wainscott.
